If you see “More” Context Switching or “Above Normal” Always On, talk to your team member about bandwidth and burnout. “Low” Deep Work? Discuss ideas to reduce meeting time or rearrange the calendar to free longer windows of focus time. If all metrics are green, you’re on the right track.
